First Tech Federal Credit Union Season of Giving

Each year First Tech Federal Credit Union selects three charities to highlight as part of their Season of Giving Challenge and asks their supporters to vote for their favorite with the winner receiving $15,000 and the two runners up receiving $5,000.

UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals was honored to be one of the charities highlighted and thanks to the over 2,000 votes we received are thrilled to announce that we won the challenge! The impact of First Tech Federal Credit Union’s generous gift of $15,000 will allow us  to expand our Child Life Program.

Whether it’s preparing children for an upcoming healthcare procedure or providing opportunities to engage in creative outlets like music and art therapy, our Child Life program plays an integral role in fostering hope and healing for our patients. To find out more about the program visit here
