Norcal Golf4Charity Celebrates 25 Years of Miracles!

The Norcal Golf4Charity golf tournament hosted it’s 25th annual event on June 3rd at Chardonnay Golf Course in American Canyon, CA. The tournament, hosted by Marriott International and Sodexo Inc, has raised over $2 Million for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals, UC Davis Children’s Hospital and Sodexo Stop Hunger.  To celebrate the 25th year, Children’s Miracle Network CEO John Lauck as well as leadership from Marriott International’s Northern California team were in attendance.

This year’s tournament hosted over 200 golfers, across two courses, and raised over $250 K for the three charity partners, making it the most successful tournament to date for the organization. A special thanks to this year’s presenting sponsor AVMS for their support.

Golfers sported yellow shirts in honor of the Play Yellow initiate led by Jack and Barbara Nicklaus, the PGA Tour and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

The day began with golfers hearing UC Davis Children’s Miracle Network Champion, Jackson Manning’s, inspiring miracle story.
